Virtually. ProAssist Business Services conducts business by email, phone, fax, and postal services. We can serve customers worldwide utilizing these resources. In rare instances, if you are located in the Olympia, WA area we can arrange a face-to-face meeting.
How much do your services cost?
All our prices are based on an hourly rate or project contract. Web design prices are negotiable and can be tailored to your business and budgetary needs.
Do I have to pay up front or can I pay in installments?
We require a 50% deposit before we begin work on your project. For small projects and maintenance services we require our fees up front, unless otherwise negotiated in a contract. Full payment is required prior to web site launch or project transference.
Yes, via PayPal. ProAssist Business Services accepts payments in the form of business checks (with pre-approval), money orders, and credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a credit card payment with PayPal.
Do you do personal or nonprofit websites?
Yes. ProAssist Business Services uses the same levels of customer service and quality to help you build your website vision regardless if it is for business, pleasure, or charity. Contact us today for a quote.
How long will it take to build a website?
The time-frame varies based on the size and complexity of the project. A small project could take as little as a couple weeks, a larger one several months. We negotiate all timelines and deadlines prior to signing of the contract.
ProAssist Business Services does not offer our own web hosting at this time. We do however set up hosting, on the client's behalf, with other web-hosting providers and offer our own Web Maintenance Services.
